When you order, whether online or by other, off-line methods (telephone, fax, or postal mail), we require the follwing information which personally identifies you and which allows you to be personally contacted by us: your name, billing address (we use Address Verification on credit card orders to help prevent fraud), daytime telephone number(s); your credit card number, expiration date, your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, and your card's CVN; and your e-mail address. If you order off-line, you may elect to not provide us with your e-mail address. You may also elect, at any time, to provide us with other, additional information which personally identifies you. In relation to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, ASKA does not collect any information from children under 13 years of age. While some of our members may be under 13 years of age, the child's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must provide and verify any information submitted for membership purposes.

3. Security Measures
ASKA has systems, policies, and procedures in place to protect against the unauthorized access to, loss, misuse, and/or alteration of the information under our control, and to maintain the accuracy of that information. Customer information is accessible only by appropriate personnel who have a business need for the information. Our personnel have been have been trained to understand this privacy policy and must abide by these requirements. We do not store credit card information in any electronic form.

4. Secure Online Order System
We utilize a secure server for our shopping cart which is located under a different web domain ("aitsafe.com"). Aitsafe.com is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us will be encrypted. Our secure server software (SSL) conforms to the latest standards, and encrypts all sensitive (credit card related) information that you input before you send it to us. Our shopping cart allows you to choose if you want to enter non-sensitive information (non-credit card related) via standard or secure connection. Rest assured that only our authorized personnel have access to your information, and they abide by the privacy standards detailed here. You will, however, always have the choice to order by off-line methods. See our Order Information page for details.

5. Updating and Changing Your Personal Information
You may contact us by e-mail at Visiting our Contact Us page and selecting Other to update or change any of your personal information (especially your postal mail address) that we have collected.

7. Information Automatically Logged Our secure shopping cart records your IP address when you place an order. It is collected to protect you, as an additional security measure in order to help prevent fraud. Also, you must have cookies enabled in order to use the cart because we do place a temporary (session only) cookie to keep track of the items you have placed in your cart. This cookie expires when you close your last browser window, or quit your browser. The shopping cart automatically times-out and resets after 30 minutes.

You can elect to have your name and address information saved as cookies by clicking the approproate checkbox in the shopping cart. FOR SECURITY REASONS, YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT RETAINED IN THE COOKIE. This cookie will work not only at our website, but it will also work at any other website that uses our shopping cart system under the "aitsafe.com" domain. Those websites will only be able to view information about you if you place an order with them - they can never get access to this information otherwise, because cookies are stored on YOUR computer, not our secure server.

We will not change the basic guidelines of this Privacy Policy, however we reserve the right to update, amend, add to, or delete the language contained in any policy at any time.
