Basics:
- Sanbon Zuki (Step in punch face, twice stomach)
- Rising block-reverse punch
- Inward block in front stance-change to elbow strike in side stance
- Knife hand block in back stance-front kick with front leg - change to spear hand thrust in front stance
- Twice front kick, stomach and face, moving forward
- Twice roundhouse kick, stomach and face, moving forward
- Side snap kick (J)
- Side thrust kick (C)
- Front kick - roundhouse kick - reverse punch, moving forward
